As an international dentist traveling across Brazil, Ireland, Australia, and Thailand, I saw the same problem repeating in every clinic: people arrive too late. Small cavities had turned into root canals, gum disease had progressed beyond repair, and simple prevention could have avoided pain, cost, and lost teeth.

Most people can’t see the early signs of tooth damage. People don't like visiting dentist and believe they will avoid dental problems. Dental care is reactive, not proactive.
