We want you to experience LumaBrush.ai with absolute confidence. You have 30 calendar days from the date of your delivery to test the device at home. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return by contacting our customer support team.

For health and hygiene safety, we can never reuse or resell an opened or used toothbrush head or camera. To keep our guarantee sustainable, customers who return the device cover the cost of the consumable parts.

There are no hidden fees, but in line with fair usage policies and hygiene standards, modest deductions apply for used or non-reusable components if you choose to return the device:

• Brush Head: 37.00 AED (deducted if opened, as this is a personal hygiene and consumable item).
• Camera Module: 73.00 AED (deducted if opened, as this is a personal hygiene and consumable item).
• Main Handle: 220.00 AED (deducted only if the handle is damaged, has visible signs of usage or is missing upon return).
• Travel Case: 73.00 AED (deducted only if the case is damaged, has visible signs of usage or is missing upon return).
• Processing & Handling Fee: 110.00 AED (covers administrative, shipment, and handling costs).

Example: If you purchase the device for 750.00 AED and return it with a used (opened) camera (and other parts are not damaged or have visible signs of usage), your net refund will be 567.00 AED.

This promotion is strictly available by invitation only for customers residing in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). To qualify, you must have received an invitation via Email or click-through from an official Meta Ad (Facebook/Instagram), and your order must be placed directly through the special promotional landing page.

Starting a return is simple:

1. Contact our support team via email at adm@agenticdental.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and pictures of all the parts of the product (handle, camera, heads).
3. Pack the device securely with all original packaging, cables, and accessories in the original box.
4. Send the package back to our designated UAE return centre (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

Once our UAE return centre receives, inspects, and approves your returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

If your LumaBrush arrives damaged or defective, it is fully covered. Please contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund with zero deductions and waived return shipping fees.
